We are going strong. We have had two great months in a row and this will continue. Our building is full and we plan to increase some rents this summer. We will NOT have a distribution for the 1st quarter of 2012, but plan to have REGULAR distributions starting with the 2nd quarter of 2012. 


 

Many of our units have been updated and the exterior of the property looks great. Checks are coming, so our patience will pay off.
